Dr. Denis Charles

I am Denis Charles...a man with a Mission: Coming from a tiny Caribbean Island called Grenada, from a young age, a sense of purpose directed my path. I grew up in the Tivoli area, in the Parish of St. Andrew. My hobbies included Sports...Cricket in particular, Diving, Swimming and getting involved in Community Events.  I migrated to the USA via Trinidad in the 1980s. With a Dream to succeed and make it to the top, I immediately attended Brooklyn College and obtained  a Real Estste License. Later, I became an Agent, then a Landlord and Investor, owning multiple properties in the Brooklyn area. I studied Law for a while before changing to Political Science and Black History at Baruch University.  I then returned to Brooklyn  College to study Business and Finance. However, my interest then changed to Investments and so I went to Wall Street and obtained all the Licenses needed to become a Stock Broker. I spent five years there before the 9/11 tragedy occurred.

Versatile, with ability to multi-task, I left Wall Street and entered Corporate America proper....working for Verison, AT&T, Bell Atlantic, Ruben H. Donnelly and Equifax, as a Sales Consultant. Meanwhile, I joined Primerica as an Insurance Agent, on a part time basis. I would also add my Hotel Management  Certificate, which allowed me to be the only Black Auditor for the largest Hotel Chain in New York - Manhattan  East Suites. I moved to Atlanta Georgia in 2004, and enrolled this time, at Georgia State University. In the end I decided to chart my own Course....I began investing  in Houses and Businesses. I went back into the Financial Industry in 2011. Currently, I am an Independent Agent for Experior Financial Group. I left out a few things in the interest of time.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experiences in many, many fields. My Mission Statement: is to Educate, Empower and Elevate. I want to build Legacies for families, creating Generational Wealth to benefit future Generations.
